We went through a few bags of candy and saw some great costumes. Turns out there's a Halloween day parade throughout the west end of portland - saw a dozen people wearing giant skeleton costumes, a few ghouls on stilts, and probably 300-400 people wandering around together to the beat of drums and clanging metal.
